Confront your problems

If there's one thing that unites humanity, that thing is "problems". There's no human being in this world without some measure of problem(s) or frustration and many are quite confused what to do to find peace and excitement in life. As a result, many are depressed and become addicted to many vices that further damaged them. First you must know that until you confront your problem(s), those things that make you cry at night or think of taking your life away, you will not find peace and rest. There are three levels of problems. They could be personal, family or national problems. Many have surrendered to their problems and have accepted to live with pain for the rest of their life. This book disect for you what problems are, convinces you that every problem has a solution and that you can overcome that problem and be happy again. Just be a detective to that problem, disect it, locate it's origin and boom, you are good to go. Life is all about "cause and effect" and if you can locate the origin of a problem i.e. how it came about, then you will solve that problem.
