It runs in the family

This is a (re)collection of literary attempts that three members of a family wrote, since 2011 when they joined the English Club Oradea, as contributions to the contest organized by the club each December until the Covid pandemics. Voted by the clubbers, many of these works were nominees and some won the respective contest.The book has two sections, Essays and Poems, rendering chronologically the works of each author. Ten essays and two poems were written by Lect. Dr. Cristian Dorin Horea - Faculty of Informatics and Sciences, University of Oradea, Romania. Four essays and six poems are authored by the coordinator of the volume, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ioana Claudia Horea - Faculty of Economic Sciences, same university, and Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Languages for Specific Purposes. Six essays and three poems were the contributions of Loredana Alexandrina Fărcuța, job coach at EnRival AB, Västerås, Sweden.The volume brings to remembrance these fragments of inspiration, the way they were produced at those moments, as direct and unsophisticated pieces of creation of three clubbers like any others, more or less connected to the field of literature in their everyday activities.
