The struggle with a Hill University

The South-East Asia extends up to the Bar Luit (Brahmaputra) valley known as the state of Assam surrounded by the great Himalayas represented by Arunachal, Nagaland, Mizoram, Manipur, Meghalaya, Sikkim, and Tripura. They represent eight hilly states of North-East India those mostly suffers from heavy precipitation, flood, river erosion, frequent landslides causing major human tragedies. Moreover, the states are seriously affected by socio-economic disturbances with illegal and unlawful activities. People with their unique socio-cultural attributes prefer not to be disturbed by intruders. Life is difficult in hilly areas; education takes a back seat in the remote areas. School going children are comparatively low, college going students mostly prefer arts and humanity subjects contrary to Science, Mathematics and Engineering Technology. Academic institutions of these areas do not get due consideration from socio-political leaders, rather for other beneficial works.
