The Snow White Syndrome

Billie Preston is angry with his parents for making him so short, but he does not know about the Snow White Syndrome, a genetic defect over which nobody has any control. He discovers a hidden talent whilst at a home for wayward boys which will lead him to a life beyond his imagination. Hi room mate James is sexually abused in the Home, and together with the help of Margaret the Home's cook they set up a life together when the boys become eighteen and have to leave the Home. Their ability to jointly recover from their blighted lives is amazing.
