In Search of Sister Edwina Marie

A young girl is drawn to the monastic life and her entire environment in which she lives is pious. Her family manages to understand her, and she enters a world “out of this world”. Inside, temptation, the cloister itself and the wedding dresses play a perverse role in her new destiny. The search is cut short, and his future is a sea of ambiguities, contradictions and a cruel and unfair realism, perhaps, a magic realism, with new deceitful views and clandestine desires, for an apparent way out that could lead her to despair and even to take more drastic solutions.
